Yıldırım Külliyesi içinde bulunan bu türbe, 1406 yılında Yıldırım Bayezit’in oğlu Süleyman Şah tarafından yaptırtılmıştır. Kare planlı olan türbenin üzeri bir büyük kubbe ile örtülmüştür. Önünde üç gözlü kubbeli, revaklı giriş kısmı vardır. Osmanlı mimarisinin ilk revaklı türbesidir.
