Alongside the photographs and artwork we produce ourselves, Toroti uses images uploaded by our users and freely licensed (Creative Commons) contributions from Wikimedia Commons for some destination photos.

User uploads

Copyright and licensing responsibility for images uploaded by users rests with the user who uploaded them; users may only upload images that are theirs or that they hold the rights to use. The economic rights in these images are assigned to Toroti under clause 5 of the Terms of Use. Toroti does not verify the licence status of uploaded images in advance and makes no undertaking regarding third-party rights.

If you believe an image infringes your rights, send us the address of the page it appears on and information establishing your ownership through our contact page. We review such reports and, where justified, remove the image without delay.
