Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded electronically through the toroti platform between the Seller identified below and the Buyer, pursuant to Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. Buyer
The Buyer is the person holding an account on the toroti platform who purchases a subscription. The Buyer's name, e-mail and billing details are those provided at purchase and stored in the account.
3. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the Kaşif digital subscription service purchased electronically. Its features and scope are shown on the purchase page.
4. Price and Payment
The subscription price is displayed on the purchase page in Turkish Lira (TRY), VAT included. Payment is taken by credit/debit card with 3D Secure through iyzico, a licensed payment institution. Card details are never seen or stored by the Seller.
5. Performance and Delivery
The service is digital and is activated on the Buyer's account immediately after payment approval. No physical delivery takes place.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of conclusion without giving a reason. However, under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to intangible goods supplied instantly in electronic form and delivered immediately to the consumer. Accordingly, where the Buyer approves immediate performance at purchase and the service is actually used, the right of withdrawal ends.
Where the service has not been used at all, refund requests are assessed under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
7. Renewal and Cancellation
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. The Buyer may stop renewal at any time from the account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
8. Disputes
In case of dispute the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the monetary thresholds announced by the Ministry of Trade.
9. Entry into Force
At the purchase step the Buyer confirms having read and accepted this agreement and the Pre-Information Form. The agreement enters into force upon payment approval.
