These Terms of Use govern your use of https://toroti.com and its related applications (the "Platform"), operated by TOROTIC TURİSTİK HİZMETLER YAZILIM VE BİLİŞİM ÇÖZÜMLERİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("toroti", "we"). By using the Platform you accept these terms.

1. Definitions
User: anyone visiting the Platform or holding an account. Service: trip planning, route building, map-based discovery, AI-assisted suggestions and related features. Kaşif: the paid subscription plan. Select: the membership programme for businesses.
2. Scope of the Service
The Platform is an interactive tool for planning trips, building routes and discovering travel content. Place information, duration and distance estimates, weather data and AI-generated suggestions are informational and carry no guarantee of accuracy. Please verify details with official sources and the businesses concerned before relying on them.
toroti does not sell accommodation, transport or tour services, is not the provider of such services, and is not a party to the relationship between you and any third-party business.
3. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure; activity carried out through your account is attributed to you. Tell us without delay if you notice unauthorised access.
Users under 18 may use the Platform only under parental supervision; you must be 18 or older to purchase a subscription.
4. Paid Subscription (Kaşif)
A Kaşif subscription runs for the period and price shown at purchase. Prices are displayed in Turkish Lira (TRY), VAT included. Payments are processed through iyzico, a licensed payment institution, using 3D Secure; card details are never stored on toroti servers.
Unless stated otherwise, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. You can stop renewal at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and access remains open until then.
Withdrawal and refunds are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy and the Distance Sales Agreement.
5. User Content
You are responsible for the lawfulness of the notes, photos, trip plans, routes, coordinates and other content you upload, and for ensuring it does not infringe anyone's rights. You may only upload content that is yours or that you hold the rights to use.
When you upload content to the Platform you assign to TOROTIC TURİSTİK HİZMETLER YAZILIM VE BİLİŞİM ÇÖZÜMLERİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ the economic rights in it — adaptation, reproduction, distribution, performance, and communication to the public by means of devices enabling the transmission of signs, sounds and/or images (Articles 21-25 of Law No. 5846) — perpetually, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusively and with the right to sub-licence. The assignment covers publishing and adapting the content on the Platform and using it in toroti's other products, services and promotional material.
The assignment survives your removal of the content or the closure of your account: you can delete content from your own account, but you cannot end toroti's use of content you previously uploaded. Your moral rights as author (Articles 14-17) remain yours and are not assignable.
This clause covers content you upload to the Platform. Personal data relating to your account falls outside it and is governed by the Privacy Policy.
You may report content you believe infringes your rights; we review such reports and remove content where the report is justified. See Image Credits.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, in a way that infringes others' rights, for automated bulk extraction (scraping), to circumvent security measures, or to disrupt the Service. Breach may result in suspension or closure of your account.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform's software, interface design, trade marks and logos belong to TOROTIC TURİSTİK HİZMETLER YAZILIM VE BİLİŞİM ÇÖZÜMLERİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. Clause 5 governs user content; Image Credits governs third-party licensed imagery.
8. Availability and Liability
The Service is provided "as is". Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or technical reasons. toroti is not liable for force majeure, third-party service outages, or loss arising from your own negligence. Our liability is in any event limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not affect your rights under consumer law.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for serious breach of these terms; in that case any unused subscription period is refunded.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes are announced on the Platform before they take effect and notified by e-mail to registered users.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Turkish law applies. Users qualifying as consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts according to the applicable monetary thresholds. For other disputes the courts and enforcement offices of Manavgat/Antalya have jurisdiction.
