Mezar Bithynia bölgesinde karşımıza çıkan diğer lahitlere benzer bir formda yapılmıştır. 1745 yılında buradan geçmiş olan Seyyah Charles de Peyssonel, lahdin bulunduğu mevkiden adının ‘Kongessi’ (Konca) olduğunu belirtmektedir”.
