Habib oğlu Hacı Şüca tarafından 1520 yılında yaptırılmıştır. Bir tür tekke olarak kullanıldığı için “Eminiyye Dergahı” olarak anılmıştır. Mülkiyeti Gökçen ailesine aittir. Uzun süre harap durumda olan cami, 1801 yılında Hoca Mehmet Emin Efendi, yanındaki konakla birlikte bir de kütüphane ekleyerek camiyi Nakşibendi Tekkesi’ne dönüştürmüştür. Cami 1969 yılında onarılarak ibadete açılmıştır.
