Bursa'nın en eski yerleşim yerlerinden Kavaklı Mahallesi'nde tekke iken daha sonra medreseye dönüştürülen bir yapıdır. Medrese 110 metrekarelik bina ve 115 metrekarelik bahçeden oluşur. Haraççıoğlu Medresesi, Bursa'nın en geniş kütüphanesi olan Orhan Kütüphanesi'nden sonra en zengin kütüphanenin bu kütüphane olduğu ifade edilmektedir. Şu an kitapların önemli bir kısmı Bursa İnebey Yazma Eserler Kütüphanesi Müdürlüğü'ndedir. Bu tarihi medrese binası restore edilerek kültür ve sanat etkinliklerinin düzenlendiği sosyal tesis olarak hizmete girmiştir.
