Muradiye bloku içinde yer alan türbe XV. yüzyılda yaptırılmıştır. Türbe Fatih Sultan Mehmet’in eşlerinden, Şehzade Mustafa’nın annesi Gülşah Hatun’a aittir. Küçük eyvan görümündeki bir girişe sahip türbede ana hacim kare planlıdır. Kubbe içeriden baklava motifleri veren bir kuşağa, dıştan sekizgen kasnağa oturmaktadır. Duvar kalınlıkları 0.82x0.85 metre arasında farklılık göstermektedirler. Beden duvarlarındaki sivri kemer alınlıklı, mermer söveli altı pencere ile kasnakta bulunan dört sivri kemerli, alçı şebekeli pencere içerinin aydınlanmasını sağlamıştır. Girişteki küçük eyvanın iki yanında mihrabiyeler bulunmaktadır. Kapı sövesi mermer olup üstüne tuğlarla dokuz dilimli bir taç işlenmiştir. Duvarları iki sıra tuğla, bir sıra taş ile örülmüştür. Alt silmede bir, kubbede iki sıra kirpi saçakla duvarlar sonuçlandırılmıştır. Türbenin içinde biri Gülşah Hatun’a, diğeri II. Bayezid’ın oğlu Şehzade Ali’ye ait mermerden yapılmış iki sanduka yer almaktadır.
