Yapı; dıştan dışa 4.46x4.46 metre boyutlarında, oldukça düzgün kare planlı, taş ve tuğla ile örülmüş ayakları birbirine bağlayan sivri kemerler üzerine oturan bir kubbeye sahip, yanları açık bir türbedir. Kemerlerin üzengi düzeyinin hemen alt kısmında ahşap gergiler yer almaktadır. İki sıra kirpi saçağa sahip kubbenin üzeri dıştan kurşunla kaplıdır. Yerden bir metre yükseklikte, mermerden Ebe Hatun’un sandukası bulunmaktadır.
