"Hatuniye Camii dikdörtgen planlı, tek minareli sade bir camidir. Ana mekan, sekizgen bir kasnak üzerine oturan bir büyük ve iki yanda ise küçük kubbe ile örtülmüştür. Son cemaat yeri ise altı sütun üzerine oturan beş küçük kubbeyle kaplanmıştır. Minaresi zikzak kırmalarla süslüdür. Yalancı kündekari tekniği ile yapılmış olan minberi, Türk süsleme sanatlarının güzel örneklerinden biridir.
