Yeşil Külliyesine bağlı olarak Çelebi Mehmet döneminde 1419 yılında inşaa edilen Yeşil Medresesi, 1972'de yeniden düzenlenerek 1975 yılından itibaren Türk İslam Eserleri Müzesi olarak hizmete girmiştir.Yapının salon ve odalarında; 12. yüzyıldan 20. yüzyıla kadar uzanan maden, keramik, ahşap, işleme, silah, zırh, el yazması kitaplar, İslami sikke, İslami kitabeler ve mezar taşları ile Selçuklu ve Osmanlı dönemlerine ait etnografik malzemeler sergilenmektedir.
