Ulu Cami ile Orhan Camii arasında bulunan bu hanı II. Bayezit İstanbul'daki hayır yapılarına gelir getirmek amacıyla 1490 yılında yaptırmıştır. Bursa'nın en güzel ve günümüzde en yoğun olarak kullanılan hanıdır. Duvarları tuğla ve taşla örülmüş olan bu han, dikdörtgen bir avlunun çevresinde yer alan iki katlı bir yapıdır. Bu hanın doğusunda ahır ve depoların bulunduğu ikinci bir avlulu bölüm vardır. Yapıya, Kapalı Çarşı tarafından bir taç kapıyla girilmekte, alt katında kırk beş, üst katta ise elli oda bulunmakatdır. Binanın üzeri tonozla örtülüdür. Avlunun ortasında taştan yapılmış, altında şadırvan bulunan, sekiz ayak üzerine oturtulmuş bir köşk mescit bulunur.
