Yıldırım Bayezid Dönemi Beylerinden Subaşı İne Bey yaptırmıştır. 1678 yılında Sadrazam Hüseyin Paşa tarafından onarılmış ve yeni vakıf tesis edilmiştir. Moloz taş ve tuğla karışımı malzeme ile inşa edilen medrese dokuz oda, bir dershane, üst katta bir kütüphane ve bir heladan oluşmaktadır. Medreseye birkaç basamakla çıkılmakta,giriş sivri kemerli bir niş içinde, yuvarlak taş kemerli kapıdan sağlanmaktadır. Kefeki taştan yapılmış on iki sütun üzerine tuğla-taş karışımı örülmüş sivri kemerlere sahip revakının üzeri kiremitle örtülüdür. Duvarları iki sıra kirpi saçaklı olup, revaklardaki su dalgası, yaba ve zincir motifleri XVII. yüzyıl yapılan onarımda yenilenmiştir. Pencereler taş söveli ve sivri kemer alınlıklıdır. Alınlıklarda taş ve tuğla ile çeşitli motifler işlenmiştir.
