Hüdavendigar Külliyesi olarak bilinen Sultan I. Murad Külliyesi 1363-1366 yıllarında, Osmanlı Devleti'nin ilk şehit padişahı I. Murad Hüdavendigar tarafından yaptırılmıştır. Bursa Ovası'na bakan tepenin üzerinde, kentin batı tarafında, I. Murad ve Hamam Caddeleri arasında kalan yerde bulunmaktadır. Külliyenin bulunduğu mahalle, Bursa'nın en eski mahallelerindendir. Külliye cami, medrese, imaret, çeşme, hamam ve türbeden oluşmaktadır. Abdesthanenin önünde iki adet anıtsal özelliklere sahip çınar ağacı vardır.
