Architecturally, the mansion is one of the finest examples of 19th century civil architecture. Its garden, with its fountain, gazebo and various trees, is of beauty worth seeing. Saatçi Köşkü was used as a residence for many years, became Bursa Forestry School in 1939-1949, and was also used as the Regional Forestry Directorate until 1983.
