Karaköy semtinde yer alan cami, 1484 yılında İvaz Paşa tarafından yaptırılmıştır. Cami bir büyük kubbeyle örtülü ve tek minarelidir. Son cemaat yeri ise beş yuvarlak sütun üzerine oturan dört kubbe ile örtülüdür. İnşaatında kesme taş ve tuğla kullanılan caminin tuğla işçiliği önemlidir. Caminin son cemaat yerinin doğusunda yer alan mezar ise İvaz Paşa’ya aittir.
