1955 yılında Reşat Oyal tarafından "Kültürpark" adıyla hizmete açılmış olan park, kentin düzenlenmiş ilk büyük yeşil alandır.393.000 metrekarelik alana kurulu parkın içinde sandalla gezilebilen göl çevresinde çay bahçeleri,lokantalar,barlar ve dinlenme alanları bulunur.Arkeoloji Müzesi,Belediye Konservatuarı,Açık Hava Tiyatrosu,Nikah Salonu ve Lunapark Kültürpark'ın içinde yer alanyapılardır.Kültürpark 1963'te düzenlenen ilk festivalden bu yana Uluslararası Bursa Festivaline ev sahipliği yapmaktadır.
