Merkez İlçe, Karamanlı Mahallesi, 13 pafta, 98 ada, 1 parselde bulunmaktadır. Cami kitabesine göre H. 1310 – 1315 (M. 1897) yılında yapılmıştır. Dikdörtgen planlı ve düz ahşap tavanlıdır. Kuzeyinde iki sütunlu ve aynalı tonoz ile örtülü cümle kapısı yer almaktadır. Ahşap giriş kapısı çift kanatlıdır. Kadınlar mahfilinin girişi aynı bölümdendir. Mihrabı yarım daire niş şeklinde ve minberi ahşaptır. Kuzeybatı köşesinde düzgün kesme taş kaideli, silindirik gövdeli bir minaresi vardır. Cephelerde basık kemerli, taş söveli pencereler bulunmaktadır. Duvarların üst köşelerine taş kuş evleri yerleştirilmiştir. Kırma çatı ile örtülüdür ve kirpi saçaklıdır.
