Sıhhıye Meydanı'nda yer alan ve 1974 yılında yapılan bu anıt, Alacahöyük kazılarında ortaya çıkarılan ve bugün Anadolu Medeniyetleri Müzesi’nde korunan 24 santimetre yüksekliğindeki dini ayin nesnesinin aynısıdır. Hititler'in sembolü olarak bilinen bu heykel aslında Eski Tunç Çağı halkı olan (M.Ö. 3. binin ikinci yarısı) Hatti'lere aittir. Hattiler hayvan biçimli tanrıların kültünü geliştirmişler, özellikle de boğa en önemli simge olmuştur. Boğa ile gök-güneş kurslarının birlikteliği, boğanın en büyük gök tanrıyı tamsil ettiğini düşündürmektedir.
