Hacettepe Mahallesi Mehmet AKif Ersoy Sokak'ta yer alır. Türbesi, çeşmesi ve Hamamönü semtinde yer alan Çift Hamamı ile birlikte bir külliyedir. Günümüzde ortadan kalkmış olan hamamın yanında iki medrese ve cami yanından Hacettepe’ye kadar uzanan ambarlarla birlikte külliye çok geniş bir alan kaplar. Taş ve tuğla karışımı bir yapıdır.Üzeri kiremit çatıyla kaplıdır. Ankara’nın en önemli dini yapılarındandır. Bu camii beş kubbeyle örtülüdür. Çokgen gövdeli tuğla minare ile yükselir. Şerefeden sonrası yenilenmiştir. Minare kaidesi yarıya kadar kesme taşlı, yarıdan sonra minarenin pabuçluk kısmını meydana getirmek üzere tuğladandır ve her yüzde iç içe çift sıra nişlere sahiptir. Minaresi sırlı tuğla ve çini işçiliği ile önemli bir örnektir.
