Vakıf Han, Bedesten"in kuzey batısında yer alır. Üç katlı avlulu bir handır. Birlikte inşa edildiği güneydoğu kısmındaki caminin şadırvanı üzerindeki kitabeye göre Hicri 1196 Miladi 1781 yılında Hacı Yahya adında bir hayırsever tarafından yaptırılmıştır. Zemin katın esas girişi doğudandır. Açık avluyu revak ve arkasındaki odalar çevirir. Birinci katın girişi güneydedir. Bu katta cephede dört dükkan, şadırvan ve caminin giriş kapısı bulunmaktadır. Avlu etrafında sıralanan odalar farklı büyüklüktedir. Kuzeyde orta kısımda bir eyvan yer alır. İkinci katta revaklı avlu odaları ve cami bulunmaktadır. Bu caminin güneydoğu köşesindeki minaresi yıkılmıştır.
