Çarşı Camii Trabzon'un Çarşı Mahallesi Kemeraltı mevkiinde yer alır. Cami, uzun yıllar Trabzon'da valilik yapmış Hazinedarzade Osman Paşa tarafından H.1225, M.1839 yılında yaptırılmıştır. Caminin kurulduğu saha eğimli olduğu için kuzey cephesinde son cemaat mahallinin altına dükkanlar yerleştirilmiştir. Şehrin en büyük camisidir. Yapıda muntazam bir taş işçiliği göze çarpar. Kapı ve pencere silmelerinde barok süslemeli bordürler görülür. Cami, son cemaat mahalli üç bölümlü, kubbeli dört sütunun arasına yerleştirilen ince perde duvarlı ampir bir revaktan meydana gelmektedir.
