Tarsus Kızılmurat Mahallesinde Yeni Vakıf İşhanı'nın yanında yer almaktadır. Romalılardan kalma bir hamam temeli üzerine Ramazanoğulları tarafından yapıldığı söylenir.Roma döneminden kalan hamam Altından Geçme'nin uzantısı, Eski Hamam'ın olduğu yere kadar uzanır. Kapının yanındaki kitabede 1873 yılında onarım gördüğü yazılıdır. Mahmut paşa Vakfı olarak bilinir. Restore edilerek halkımızın hizmetine sunulmuştur.Efsanevi Yılanlar Padişahı Şahmeran'ın burada kesildiğine ve kanının bu hamamın duvarlarına sıçradığına inanıldığından "Şahmeran Hamamı" da denir.
