In terms of the complex layout, there is the mosque to the north, the tomb built adjoining the mihrab wall of the mosque and containing the graves of Fahreddin Ali, his wife and children, the hânkâh adjoining the south wall of the tomb, and the double bath immediately across the road. The mosque has a portal entrance from the north.

In terms of the complex layout, there is a mosque to the north, a tomb built adjacent to the mihrab wall of the mosque containing the graves of Fahreddin Ali, his wife and children, a hânkâh adjoining the south wall of the tomb, and directly across the road a double bath. The mosque has a portal entrance from the north. On the right and left of the portal there are two cells on the lower and upper levels, and the lower ones serve as sebils. The Basmala and Surah al-Fatiha are inscribed on the molding surrounding the entrance door. The hânkâh (dergâh) section of the complex was arranged as the Sâhib Atâ Vakıf Museum by the Regional Directorate of Foundations and opened to visitors.
