III. Sultan Kılıçarslan (1156-1192) döneminde yapılmış ve Sultan Alâeddin Keykubad tarafından onarılıp genişletilmiştir. Diğer bir adı da Alâeddin Köşkü’dür. İki katlı olarak inşa edilen köşkün duvarları çini ve yazı bordürleri ile süslüdür. Son yıllarda Konya Müze Müdürlüğü tarafından yapılan kazı çalışmaları sonunda açığa çıkan buluntular ışığında restorasyon çalışma projeleri devam etmektedir. Bursa, Edirne ve Topkapı Saraylarına ve bilhassa Adalet Kulelerine ilham kaynağı olan çok önemli bir Selçuklu saray yapısıdır.
