Mudanya Mütareke Evi, 11 Ekim 1922 tarihinde Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi Hükümeti ile İtilaf Devletleri arasındaki Türk-Yunan savaşına son veren ve işgalci güçlere karşı kazanılan önemli bir siyasi zafer olan Mudanya Ateşkes Antlaşması’nın imzalandığı yerdir.

Bursa’nın Mudanya ilçesinde, sahil yolu üzerinde yer alan ev, 19. yüzyılın sonlarına tarihlenmektedir. Rus asıllı tüccar Aleksandr Ganyanof'a ait olan bu ev, daha sonra Mudanyalı iş insanı Hayri İpar tarafından satın alınarak onarılmış ve müze olarak 1937 yılında hizmete açılmıştır.

Bodrum ve çatı katının dışında iki katlı olan ahşap evin birinci katında, mütarekenin (ateşkes antlaşmasının) imzalandığı salon ve İsmet Paşa’nın çalışma odası yer almaktadır. İkinci katta ise TBMM Hükümeti adına görüşmelere katılan İsmet Paşa ve Asım Gündüz Paşa ile yaverlerinin yatak odaları bulunmaktadır.
