Karacasu Beldesi 4 pafta, 368 parselde yer alan cami, kitabesine göre H. 916 (M.1510-1511) yılında, İsfendiyar oğlu Kızıl Ahmet Bey’in oğlu Musa Paşa tarafından yaptırılmıştır. 1944 depreminde hasar gören cami, 1960 yılında taç kapısı hariç eski ölçüsünde yeniden inşa edilmiş ve eski kitabesi camiye aynen monte edilmiştir. Kare planlı, kubbeli, tek hacimli küçük bir camidir. Moloz taş ve tuğla almaşığı ile inşa edilmiştir. Sadece cümle kapısı kesme taştan yapılmıştır. Ahşap tavanlı caminin ibadet mekanı önünde evvelce 3 bölümlü son cemaat yerinin bulunduğu kalıntılardan tespit edilmekte ise de yeniden inşa edilirken bu kısım kaldırılmıştır. Camide sivri kemer alınlıklı küçük pencereler bulunmaktadır. Dıştan kırma çatı ile örtülüdür ve kirpi saçaklıdır.
