Söğüt Ertuğrul Gazi Müzesi’nin yapım tarihi kesin olarak bilinmemekle birlikte belediye reisi Memiş Ağa tarafından 1900’lü yılların başlarında “sargı evi” olarak inşa edildiği bilinmektedir. Ahşap işçiliğiyle dikkat çeken yapının ön cephesinde yan yana iki yuvarlak kemerli kapı, iki yan duvarlarda ise dikine dikdörtgen birer pencere ve üstlerinde üçgen alınlılar yer almaktadır. Ahşap kırma çatılı olup çatı alaturka kiremitle kaplıdır.
Eski Türk evi mimarisiyle restore edilerek 2001 yılında hizmete açılan Müze’de Söğüt ve civarı ile yakın çevrede yaşayan Yörüklere ait etnografik eserler ve eşyalar sergilenmektedir. Müzede ayrıca sancak, eski giyim ve kuşamlar, el dokuması kilim ve halılar, silahlar, ölçü ve tartı aletleri, peşkir ve para keseleri, arkeolojik eserler (Roma, Bizans, Osmanlı dönemlerine ait sikkeler, Roma dönemine ait toprak kaplar) de mevcuttur.
