The fountain in neoclassical style located in front of Çelebi Mehmet Camisi was commissioned by Kaymakam Sait Bey in the late 19th century and is an important example of the late period of Ottoman Art. In the middle of the three sides of the fountain there are scalloped vase-shaped valaks, and on both sides there are embossed gilded motifs. The surfaces are in the form of pointed-arch niches, and the inside and upper part of the niche are covered with colored tiles.
