Söğüt İlçesinde son Osmanlı döneminin neo-klasik mimari tarzdaki yapılardan güzel bir örnektir. 1903-1905 yıllarında II. Abdülhamit tarafından yaptırılmıştır. Kare planlı olup, duvarları kırmızı kesme taştandır. Yapının üstü kurşun kaplı tek bir kubbeyle örtülüdür. İki minareli olduğu için halk arasında "Çifte Minareli Camii" olarak da tanınır.
