Hamidiye Camii ile birlikte Sultan 2.Abdülhamit tarafından 1905 yılında yaptırılmıştır. İki katlı kırmızı kesme taştan inşa edilen yapının alt ve üst kat planları aynı şekildedir. Giriş kapısı alnında mermerden yapılmış Osmanlı arması bulunan bina 2008 yılında restore ettirilmiş ve İlçe kütüphanesi olarak hizmete sunulmuştur.
