Ulus’ta Anafartalar Caddesi'nde bulunur. Taş kaideli, tuğla gövdeli, üzeri kiremit çatılı bir yapıdır. Kasetleme işçiliği ile yapılmış ahşap tavanı, minberi, mihrabı ve cephe düzeni nedeni ile caminin yapılış tarihinin 17'inci yüzyıl ortaları veya sonu olduğu tahmin edilmektedir. Kuzeyde tek kapı ile girilen harem tek sahınlıdır. Cami içinde asılı bulunan bir levhadan 1879–1880 yılları arasında tamir edildiği öğrenilmiştir. Bu levhada “Şeyhülislam Ankaralı Mehmet Emin Efendi’nin mamuresini 1879–1880 yıllarında Ankara Valisi Hurşit Paşa tamir ettirdi“ denilmektedir.
