Ulus’ta T.C. Ziraat Bankası Genel Müdürlüğü binasının yanındadır. 1966 yılında T.C. Ziraat Bankası tarafından İstanbul Güzel Sanatlar Akademisi öğretim üyelerinden Heykeltıraş Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Anka’ya yaptırılmıştır. Sadrazam Mithat Paşa’nın Tuna valisi iken çiftçilerin kredi ihtiyaçlarını karşılama amacı ile 1863 yılında kurduğu bu banka 103. kuruluş yıldönümü olan 21.11.1966 tarihinde bir törenle açılmıştır. Mithat Paşa’yı o zamanın giysileri içinde bir koltukta oturur şekilde betimleyen heykel büyük boydadır. Solda üç başak ve çark, sağda ise terazi, tabanda ise “ Mithat Paşa 1822–1884” yazısı yer almıştır.
