The east-west wall in the middle of the castle divides the castle into two. In the middle of the wall, on the sea side of the castle, there is an opening of approximately two metres providing passage to the remaining section. There is a water cistern in the castle, and old sources mention that there was also a church in the castle. According to these sources, the church faces the rocks on the east side of the open area in the middle. However, today no trace remains of this church mentioned. The historical castle, which was restored to its original form with restoration work carried out in previous years, today welcomes its visitors with its old appearance.
