Paşaoğlu Konağı, rising on the corner where Taşocak Caddesi and Erkoçak Sokağı intersect in Merkez Selimiye Mahallesi, was commissioned in 1896 by Paşaoğlu Hüseyin Efendi. Built on an area of 625 m² together with its garden, the mansion’s stones were brought from Ünye, its wooden materials from Romania, and its construction was carried out by a master from Istanbul. One of the finest examples of our 19.yy civil architecture, Paşaoğlu Konağı is three storeys including the ground floor.
