Merkez Selimiye Mahallesi’nde Taşocak Caddesi ile Erkoçak Sokağı’nın kesiştiği köşede yükselen Paşaoğlu Konağı, 1896 yılında Paşaoğlu Hüseyin Efendi tarafından yaptırılmıştır. Bahçesiyle birlikte 625 m²’lik bir alan üzerine inşa edilen konağın taşları Ünye’den, ahşap malzemesi Romanya’dan getirilmiş ve yapımı İstanbullu bir usta tarafından gerçekleştirilmiştir. 19.yy sivil mimarimizin en güzel örneklerinden biri olan Paşaoğlu Konağı, zemin dâhil olmak üzere üç katlıdır.
