From the parts close to the roof onwards, the upper part is made of basalt. There is one arch on each side of the narthex and three arches on the west side. The ceiling has cross vaulting. The main space is entered from the narthex through a door. There is a Karamanlıca inscription above the door. Inside, there are 4 columns in two rows. The capitals of the columns are plain. Only the corners of two capitals have volutes. Inside, there is a section in the part above the narthex. The upper floor ceiling has semi-cross vaulting. The fresco of a two-winged angel head located here is clearly visible.
The ceiling of the main space is vaulted. There are penwork decorations in places on the ceiling. There are four windows opening to the south and four to the north. The apse parts of the structure, which has three apses, are divided internally by a wall. The apses are semicircular inside and angular outside. There is one window in each apse. Later, a window was opened in the southern one and a door in the middle one. There are a total of seven niches in the apses. The apse ceilings are vaulted. Inside, there is another door opening to the south in the space above the narthex. On the east of the structure, there is a square-planned, two-storey, basalt bell tower with 4 columns on each floor and a domed top.
