The mosque, which has survived to the present day with some repairs, has largely preserved its original character and continues to function. The structure, with a transverse rectangular plan, measures approximately 13.00x30.60 meters externally. In the northwest corner of the harim, which is covered with 4 domes of different diameters, there is a tomb, and on the east side of the north facade there is a single-balcony minaret. It is thought that there was previously a three-bay last congregation area in the middle section of the north facade.
In the wall and covering system of the structure, finely cut yellowish trachyte stone was used, basalt stone in the piers, and marble material in the minbar and one of its doors. There is clean workmanship. The massiveness of the walls was reduced by opening two rows of windows on the facades. Although the mosque was built simply in general, the notable decorations are seen on the courtyard gate, the mihrab, the minbar, and the wooden mahfil in the western section of the harim. It was built on 1081H./16 September 1670 A.D.
