Günümüze bazı onarımlarla gelen camii, orijinal özelliğini büyük ölçüde korumakta ve işlevini devam ettirmektedir. Enine dikdörtgen planlı yapı, dıştan yaklaşık 13.00x30.60 metre boyutlarındadır. Farklı çapta 4 kubbeyle örtülen harimin kuzeybatı köşesinde türbe ve kuzey cephenin doğu tarafına tek şerefeli minare yer alır. Kuzey cephenin orta bölümünde ise önceden üç gözlü son cemaat yerinin olduğu sanılmaktadır.
Yapının duvar ve örtü sisteminde sarımtrak renkte ince yonu trakit taşı, payelerde bazalt taşı, minber ile bir kapısında mermer malzeme kullanılmıştır. Temiz bir işçilik vardır. Cepheler de ikişer sıra pencere açılarak duvarların masifliği giderilmiştir. Cami genelinde sade inşa edilmekle birlikte, dikkati çeken bezemeler avlu kapısında, mihrap, minber ve harimin batı bölümündeki ahşap mahfilde görülür. 1081H./16 Eylül 1670 M. tarihinde inşa edilmiştir.
