Daha sonraki dönemlerde tapınağın cellası dört bölüme ayrılmış, bu bölümlerde Artemis, Zeus Polieus, Roma İmparatoru Antoninus Pius ve karısı Faustina’ya ait heykel başları bulunmuştur. M.S. 17 yılındaki depremde yıkılan tapınak, İmparator Tiberius zamanında eski plana göre tekrar inşa edilmiştir. 4. Yüzyılda tapınağın güneydoğu köşesine bir şapel eklenmiştir.
