It is located on the Yağlıdere – Alucra highway route, over the Yağlıdere River. Its inscription, which provides information about the construction date of the bridge and the person who commissioned it, has partially survived to the present day. It was built in Hijri 1232 (Gregorian 1816) by Kethüdazade Emin Ağa. In terms of materials, finely dressed andesite was used in the arch; rubble stone in the spandrel walls, and cut stone in the railings. The bridge has a round arch and a single span. The arch opening is broad. The dimensions of the arch stones are close to each other and they are rectangular in shape. The facades of the arch facing the downstream and upstream sides were formed by arranging these stones in one vertical row and two horizontal rows. Four barbican niches were carved opposite each other in the arch barrel. The niches were designed close to the springing level and are square in shape.

The top of the arch, which sits on the rocky ground of the stream bed on both sides, is surrounded by a narrower relieving arch with a slight outward projection. The deck section slopes and is stepped from the arch keystone level to both sides, and its surface is paved with rubble stone. It is seen that the railings, built in rubble stone masonry, were later renewed with cut stone material. The bridge, restored in the recent past, is generally in sound condition today and is closed to vehicle traffic.
