According to the inscription above the entrance door of the mosque located in Gökçeali Village of Piraziz District, it was first commissioned by Sheikh Idris. According to the endowment deed held by the General Directorate of Foundations, Sheikh Idris died in 1399. Therefore, it is understood that the first mosque was built in those years. The structure is covered with an interior wooden ceiling and, on the outside, a zinc-covered, four-sided hipped roof. It has no minaret. The prayer hall is entered through a double-leaf wooden door with a round-arched opening, located in the middle of the north facade. Above the arch, there is a ten-line inscription written in a simple calligraphic style.
The tomb of Sheikh Idris was completely demolished at the end of the 1990s and rebuilt in baldachin style. The dome of the tomb, which has a heptagonal plan, is supported by 7 columns. The reinforced concrete dome is plastered and painted. The tomb is surrounded by a brick wall approximately one meter high. In the middle of the tomb, there is a rectangular marble grave.
