Kurşunlu Camii, located in Şebinkarahisar District, was registered as a cultural asset requiring protection and placed under protection by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the High Council of Immovable Cultural and Natural Assets, with its decision dated 12.01.1979 and numbered A-1490. Together with the bath and fountain, the mosque, which is part of the Kurşunlu Külliyesi, was built in 1586 - 1587 (H. 995) according to the inscription above the entrance. In the four-line Turkish inscription located within the arch segments of the door providing access to the harim, the date was recorded using the abjad calculation.
Built on a flat area created by leveling a sloping terrain, the structure consists of a three-domed last congregation area and a single-domed harim. On the mihrab border, floral motifs reminiscent of carnations and kenger leaves were worked in dark blue, blue, red and green on a gold-gilded background. Kurşunlu Camisi, whose graveyard contains gravestones from the Ottoman Period, was last repaired in 1986 by the General Directorate of Foundations.
