Hierapolis Antik Kenti'nin en büyük yapılarından biri olan Roma Hamamı, 1984 yılından beri Hierapolis Arkeoloji Müzesi olarak hizmet vermektedir. Müzede Hierapolis kazılarından çıkan eserlerin yanında Laodikeia, Colossai, Tripolis, Attuda gibi Lycos (Çürüksu) vadisi antik kentlerinden gelen eserler de bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca Tunç Çağı'nın en güzel örneklerini veren Beycesultan Höyüğü’nden elde edilen arkeolojik buluntular müzenin önemli bir bölümünü oluşturmaktadır. Ayrıca Caria, Pisidya ve Lidya bölgelerindeki bazı yerleşimlerden ortaya çıkarılan eserler Hierapolis Müzesi’nde toplanmış ve sergilenmektedir. Küçük ve büyük birçok eserin sergilendiği müze üç kapalı mekândan oluşmaktadır. Bunlar heykeller ve lahitler salonu, küçük buluntular salonu ve tiyatro buluntuları salonudur.
