Merkezefendi ilçesine bağlı Merkezefendi Mahallesi’nin Üzüm Dedesi Mevkii’nde bulunan Üzüm Dedesi Türbesi, Osmanlı Dönemi eseridir. Türbe, ‘Üzüm Dedesi’ adıyla bilinen Hacı Hasan Fevzi EFendi’nin talebesi ; Şeyh Hüseyin Hulusi Efendi’ye aittir. 1838 yılında İzmir ilinin Bayındır ilçesinde dünyaya gelmiştir. Gençliğinde çıkrık imalatcılığı yapmış ve bilinmeyen bir sebeple hapishaneye düşmüştür. Hapishane hayatının son günlerini geçirdiği Denizli hapishanesinden çıktıktan sonra tevbe edip, Nakşibendiyye Şeyhlerinden Hacı Hasan Fevzi efendiye talebe olmuş, kısa zamanda mertebeler aşarak kemale ermiştir. 1907 yılında vefat etmiştir.
