Eskikaraağaç köyü diğer adı ile Leylek Köyü Karacabey İlçesine bağlı leylekleriyle ünlü şirin bir köy. Bursa merkezden yaklaşık 50 km uzaklıkta yer alan leylek köyü Avrupa Tabiat Miras Vakfı tarafından Avrupa Leylek Köyü ilan edilmiştir. Eskikaraağaç köyüne geldiğinizde köyün girişindeki parkın içinde, kuş gözlem kulesi ve gözlem evinin içerisinde toplantı salonu ve küçük bir müze bulunmaktadır. Müzenin içerisinde bölgede yaşayan farklı türdeki kuşları inceleme ve türler hakkında bilgi alma imkanı bulabilirsiniz. Köyde her yıl mayıs ayının sonunda “Leylek Festivali” düzenlenmektedir. Uluabat gölü etrafında yürüyüş yapabilir ve gün batımında çok güzel fotoğraflar çekebilirsiniz.
