The mansion, located at the corner where two streets intersect in Karaçayır Mahallesi, Kurtuluş Sokak, on sheet 17, block 236, parcel 1, has a ground floor + 2 storeys. Its restitution was carried out in 2009. It is the largest mansion in Bolu. It is located within a garden. On the entrance facade, there are two double-leaf wooden doors on the ground floor. Starting from the 1st floor, there are projections aligned with the doors and supported by wooden posts; above these projections, on the 2nd floor, there are balconies with wooden railings. The balcony railings and pediments are richly crafted. On all facades of the residence, there are symmetrically placed rectangular windows with stone jambs. It is covered with a hipped roof and has wide wooden eaves. In the section where the projections are located, the eaves are extended forward, creating a slightly raised second roof projection. It is currently used by Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University as the "Bolu Folk Culture Research and Application Center."
