The Topçu ve Füze Okulu Sınıf Müzesi, established with the aim of reflecting the social, cultural and technical development of the artillery class by periods, conducting scientific research on military cultural assets that will shed light on our military history, and passing our history and culture on to future generations, was completed and opened for service in April 1973. The museum consists of three main sections: the museum garden, the museum section and the Hall of Honor. In the museum garden, cannons, howitzers and mortars used by various armies from the 16th century to the present are exhibited.
More than 70 examples of iron, wrought iron, bronze and steel cannons used by the Ottoman, Turkish, Mamluk, Russian, German, French, Austrian, Belgian, Swedish and American armies are exhibited in the garden section. In the museum section, old clothing, weapons, measuring and drafting materials used by the artillery class are exhibited. In this section, various cutting and piercing war and defense tools, swords, daggers, armor, helmets from the 15th and 19th centuries, and Ottoman and Greek maps and battle plans used in the First World War and the War of Independence are also exhibited.
