Bentderesi Mahallesi'nde yer alan, taş kaideli, ahşap hatıllı, kerpiç duvarlı ve kiremit çatılı sade bir yapıdır. Planı uzunlamasına dikdörtgendir. Doğuda silindirik yinelenmiş minaresi vardır. Eski minarenin kare kaidesi kıble duvarına bitişik, kesme ve taş tuğladır. Kuzeydeki camiye giriş yapısı yenilenmiştir. Haremin kuzeyinde iki taraftan altışar ahşap destekle taşınan ahşap kadınlar mahfili yer alır. Kitabesine göre 1900–1901 yılları arasında Necmeddin’in torunlarından Şükrü Efendi tarafından yenilenmiştir. Buna göre yapılış tarihinin18'inci yüzyıl olduğu tahmin edilmektedir. Cami eski özelliğini kaybetmiş Ankara yapılarındandır.
