Hacı Bayram Mahallesi Selman-i Farisi Sokak'ta meyilli bir arazi üzerinde yer alır. Doğu cephesinde yer alan 11 basamaklı bir merdivenle çıkılan cami, taş temel üzerine kerpiçle yapılmış ve sıvanmış olup, kiremit çatılı sade görünüşlü bir yapıdır. 1392 yılında Ahi Sinan oğlu Ahi Çelebi’nin oğlu Ahi Yakup imar ettirmiştir. 14'üncü yüzyıl Ankara camileri için tipik olan mihrabı ile dikkati çeker. Yenilenme sonucu ilk karakterini kısmen kaybetmiştir.
