Köprü, kemer açıklıklarında fil ayakları üzerine oturtulmuştur. Osmanlı Dönemi’nde Edirne-İstanbul arasında kullanılan yolun Ulaş Mevkii'nde Ergene Nehri'ni geçişin sağlandığı köprüdür. Günümüzde kullanılmayan köprünün iki yanı, sıralı beton bloklarla yaklaşık 70 cm. yükseltilmiştir. Köprünün kuzey gövdesinde mermer taş üzerinde H.1262 tarihi yazılıdır.
