Tekirdağ İli, Çorlu İlçesi, Cemaliye Mahallesi, Sinan Dede Caddesi ve Zafer Sokak'ın kesiştiği köşede yer alan iki katlı kagir bir yapıdır. 1905 yılında inşaa edilen yapı 20'nci yüzyılın ortalarında kadar havra olarak kullanılmış, 1970 yılında camiye dönüştürülmüştür. Kuzey ve güney cephelerinde kademeli bir şekilde yükselen alınlıkları binaya anıtsal bir hüviyet kazandırmaktadır. Cephe köşelerinde binaya bitişik sekizgen sütunceler vardır. Tavanı ve tabanı ahşap olan yapının cephesinde 18 dikdörtgen pencere açıklığı yer alır. Kuzeyden demir bir kapıyla girilen yapının güneyinde mihrap ve minber bulunur. Yapının tavanında pastel renklerle yapılmış, geometrik ve bitkisel bezemeler dikkat çekmektedir.
